You have 24 hours to complete the mission, so you have to finish it before that time or it will rotate and you will lose it.

You can use the @mh command to check your progress.

The points are obtained by exchanging runes that you get by killing daily monsters.

Once per day the monsters will be changed at 00:00 AM server time and your daily counter will be reset.

You can collect a total of 30 Runes per day. This will give you a total of 115 points per day.

PS: You will be able to perform Monster Hunter on different characters of your account and it will continue counting in another character. The Hunting Mission NPC allows you to exchange your points for a variety of items, as shown in the picture below
